Production Process
  • 01
    Turning
    CAM machine - CNC machine - 6 axis nc machine constantly upgrading, not only improves the production efficiency more than 5 times, but also control of blank dimension precision.

    Heat treatment
    Through quenching、deep cooling and tempering, reduced the surface decarburization of inner and outer wheel blank, enhanced the metallographic structure of metal, and increased the wear-resisting life of products.

    Primary grinding
    First domestic factory using the most advanced vertical plane grinding machine to ensure the accuracy of processing datum width 
    width processing accuracy :-11.5~-13.5μ 
    JIS and national standard :0~-40μ

    Secondary grinding
    The automatic raceway superfine grinding equipment which is independently developed and manufactured by the company is suitable for the processing of special miniature bearings. It ensures the products have the effect of super-quiet when running.

    Full-automatic assembly line
    Independently developed and manufactured the automatic assembly、 adding ball、greasing and cap fitting equipment
    has been independently designed and upgraded. After 5 generations, the production efficiency has been doubled.

    研削沟位置仪 ,接触式测量轴承沟径的中心偏移量。
    ID自动选别机
    选别内径精度<0.2μ,确保内圈内径公差尺寸范围。
    沟道尺寸测量仪
    测量组装内外圈的沟直径,测量精度0.1μ,重复精度0.5μ,确保轴承游隙范围。

    引进基恩士显微设备,可精准分析材料表面缺陷;
    引进安德鲁振动检测设备,保证产品在生产过程中,可以准确的检测与分析轴承声音的缺陷;
    轴承噪音全检管控(使用三频段振动仪判定噪音水平) 100%振动检测标准:V4≤25/7/7(um/s,L/M/H频) 国家标准:V4≤28/10/10(um/s,L/M/H频)
